Apabila anda menderita kencing manis,baik yang biasa-biasa saja maupun yang paling parah sekalipun,maka anda tak usah panik. Anda yang berada di kota besar mungkin agak sukar mendapatkan bahan penyembuhnya,tapi bukan berarti bahan tersebut tiddak dapat di peroleh.Dengan berbagai cara anda pasti bisa mendapatkannya.Sebaliknya anda yang berada di pedesaan terutama desa yang banyak pohon kelapa tidak akan kesulitan mencari bahannya.
Bahan utama bagi resep ini adalah daging bajing atau tupai.Karena pengobatan ini berlangsung selama satu bulan,maka anda harus mencari 30 ekor tupai. Seekor tupai hanya untuk obat sehari.
Caranya :
Setelah daging tupai di kuliti lalu di belah menjadi empat bagian.Rendam daging tersebut dalam air asam jawa kira-kira selama satu jam.Setelah direndam satu jam, maka gorenglah daging tersebbut.tak usah di beri garam.
